The storyline of Enshrouded is riddled with mystery and intrigue. Players are thrust into a world enveloped in a corrupting fog, known as the Enshroud, which slowly saps the life and vitality from everything it touches. Surrounded by this immense darkness, Flameborn embarks on a journey to unravel the secrets behind the Enshroud’s origin and find a way to eradicate its malevolent grip.
As players progress through Enshrouded, they are given the opportunity to establish their own presence within the world. By building grand halls and fortresses, Flameborn can lay claim to territory and create a safe haven for themselves and their allies. These structures provide a refuge from the terrors of the Enshroud, as well as serve as a hub for trade, crafting, and socializing with other players.
