Set in the bustling metropolis of Arkanos, Fubuki finds himself embroiled in an unprecedented series of puzzling events that even he struggles to comprehend. The city is plagued by a bleak downpour that seems no less than a supernatural phenomenon, referred to as the Rain Code. While many believe it to be mere superstition, Fubuki’s experience and keen eye for details tell him otherwise.
As Fubuki explores Arkanos, the game employs a seamless open-world gameplay mechanic. Players have the freedom to guide Fubuki through the city, interacting with NPCs, investigating crime scenes, and collecting crucial clues that gradually piece together the overarching enigma surrounding Rain Code. However, time is of the essence, as the aging city is on the brink of collapse, burdened by the perpetual rain and its devastating consequences.
