The game’s storyline unfolds in a post-apocalyptic realm where an ancient race of soul-consuming phantoms known as the Skulls have taken over. As the chosen survivor, you are bestowed with incredible powers and armed with a nimble weapon capable of slicing through the ranks of your enemies. Your mission is simple – to eliminate as many undead creatures as possible and collect their souls to reinforce your skull with their essence.
One of the standout features of Skull Survivor is the ability to customize your playstyle through an extensive upgrading system. As you progress and survive waves of enemies, you will earn experience points that can be used to unlock increasingly powerful upgrades. These upgrades range from enhanced weapon abilities, increased health, improved agility, and even the chance to control some of your attackers. The choices you make in upgrading your character will determine your success in the game.
